Life is in the Blood
Prelude: There is Life in the Blood |
---|
We as humans find life and death an interesting topic. There are some people who understand "E=mc2" and what it means. Albert Einstein showed that energy and mass are different forms of the same thing. Our Creator God took of His power (energy) and created mass (the material universe that we can see). Modern nuclear scientists have been able to release a small amount of the energy stored in mater in the form of the atom bomb, which releases a tremendous shock wave, blinding light, and on the earth a mushroom cloud of vaporized super-heated material into the upper atmosphere. Speaking of life, we have a Creator who states in a book called the Holy Bible, "Only the fool has said in his heart, 'There is no God.' " (Psa 14:1 and Psa 53:1). It is written by Paul, in Romans a book in the New Testament of the Holy Bible, words to the effect that when we examine the creation and the things that are made humankind ignoring the Creator God are "without excuse." (Rom 1:20). People are used to making assumptions and believing what another person says without substantial proof. People like sheep will follow what is popular, no matter how illogical and misinformed the source may be. There are countries and systems of government that espouse what is the "politically correct" reasoning or what is the official "party line," in spite of freedom and knowledge proving otherwise. "Then the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being." (Gen 2:7). This was the initial creation of man; and subsequently we who have the breath of life can die if we do not benefit from a source of air that is breathed in. While a baby is in the uterus of a mother, that source of air comes through the oxygenated blood carried by the placenta.
Thus the life for all is in the blood. When the baby emerges out of the womb, it must partake of the intake of air with its own functioning lungs, because the oxygenated blood from the placenta ceases. If not breathing, the baby will die as it is no longer receiving air from its mother as the placenta becomes detached. |
Scriptures Supporting Life in the Blood |
---|
Cain killed Abel and God asked Cain, "….'What have you done? The voice of your brother's blood cries to Me from the ground.' " (Gen 4:10). "And so, when Jesus had received the vinegar, He said, 'It is finished.' And bowing His head, He yielded up His spirit. …. But when they came to Jesus and saw that He was already dead, they did not break His legs; But one of the soldiers had pierced His side with a spear, and immediately blood and water had come out..... 'They shall look upon Him Whom they pierced.' " (Joh 19:30-37). "And from Jesus Christ, the faithful Witness, the Firstborn from the dead, and the Ruler of the kings of the earth. To Him Who loved us and washed us from our sins in His own blood, And has made us kings and priests to God and His Father; to Him be the glory and the sovereignty into the ages of eternity. Amen." (Rev 1:5-6). "And they sang a new song, saying, 'Worthy are You to take the book, and to open its seals because You were slain, and did redeem us to God by Your own blood, out of every tribe and language and people and nation, And did make us unto our God kings and priests; and we shall reign on the earth.' " (Rev 5:9-10). Simply speaking, the live of any human is "in the blood." Miscarry is a term used when a woman is not able to carry her baby to full term with a successful birth. (The term fetus is a misnomer applied to distance our minds from God's creation of a human baby within the womb!) Abortion is a dastardly willful human termination of a baby's life that God ordained to live. Thousands of years before scientists understood the complex and extraordinary life-sustaining properties of blood, the Bible informed us that "the life of every creature is in its blood" (Lev 17:14, NLT). In ancient Israel, blood was not only a metaphor or symbol for life; it was equivalent to life itself. In most occurrences where blood was shed in Scripture, it meant that life had ended. To remove the blood is to terminate life. (Gen 4:10) "Then the LORD said: 'Why have you done this terrible thing? You killed your own brother, and his blood flowed onto the ground. Now his blood is calling out for Me to punish you.' " (Gen 9:4) "But life is in the blood, and you must not eat any meat that still has blood in it." (Exo 12:13) "The blood on the houses will show me where you live, and when I see the blood, I will pass over you. Then you won't be bothered by the terrible disasters I will bring on Egypt." (Lev 17:11) "For the life of the flesh is in the blood, and I have given it for you on the altar to make atonement for your souls, for it is the blood that makes atonement by the life." (Psa 94:21) "They gather themselves against the soul of the righteous, and condemn the innocent blood." Wickedness is prevalent in Satan's world today. (Psa 106:38) "And shed innocent blood, even the blood of their sons and of their daughters, whom they sacrificed to the idols of Canaan; and the land was defiled with blood." Today the innocent are sacrificed! The current system of world government will fail. (Rev 18:23-24) Rev 18:23-24 "And never again shall the light of a lamp shine in you; and never again shall the voices of bridegroom and bride be heard in you; for your merchants were the great ones of the earth, and by your sorcery all nations were deceived. And in her the blood of prophets and saints was found, and the blood of all those who were slain on the earth." (1 John 1:7) "But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, His Son cleanses us from all sin." (Pro 6:16-19) "These six things the LORD hates; yes, seven are hateful to his soul: a proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that plots wicked plans, feet hurrying to run to evil, a false witness who speaks lies, and he who causes fighting among brothers." (Deu 12:23) "Only be sure that you do not eat the blood, for the blood is the life, and you shall not eat the life with the flesh." (Rev 12:11) And they have conquered him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, for they loved not their lives even unto death. There is power in the blood of Jesus! (Eph 1:7) "In him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of His grace." (Heb 12:24) "And to Jesus, the mediator of a new covenant, and to the sprinkled blood that speaks a better word than the blood of Abel." (1 Peter 1:18-19) "Knowing that you were ransomed from the futile ways inherited from your forefathers, not with perishable things such as silver or gold, but with the precious blood of Christ, like that of a lamb without blemish or spot." (Heb 9:22) "Indeed, under the law almost everything is purified with blood, and without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness of sins." (Eph 2:13) "But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ." (John 6:53-57) Contains symbolism that is only understood spiritually. (Lev 19:26) "You shall not eat any flesh with the blood in it.... You shall not interpret omens or tell fortunes." (Gen 9:6) "Whoever sheds the blood of man, by man shall his blood be shed, for God made man in His own image." The penalty for murder is death! (Rev 7:14) "I said to him, 'Sir, you know.' And he said to me, 'These are the ones coming out of the great tribulation. They have washed their robes and made them white (innocent) in the blood of the Lamb.' " (Rev 1:5) "And from Jesus Christ the faithful witness, the firstborn of the dead, and the ruler of kings on earth. To Him who loves us and has freed us from our sins by His blood." In the New Testament, the blood of Jesus Christ, therefore, becomes the foundation for God's new covenant of grace. At the Last Supper, Jesus said to his disciples: "This cup that is poured out for you is the new covenant in my blood." (Luke 22:20, ESV). (Heb 10:19) "Therefore, brothers, since we have confidence to enter the holy places by the blood of Jesus." The veil has been torn and we have access to God's Holy Throne Room. Speaking of Jesus (Heb 9:12) "He entered once for all into the holy places, not by means of the blood of goats and calves but by means of his own blood, thus securing an eternal redemption." John spoke in (John 1:29) "The next day he saw Jesus coming toward him, and said, 'Behold, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!' " (Rev 20:15) "And if anyone's name was not found written in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire." We are written into the book of life because of the covering (atoning) blood of Jesus. (Rev 6:9) "When he opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of those who had been slain for the word of God and for the witness they had borne." (This may include all aborted babies, and all who died while being persecuted due to their ethnic origins or beliefs.) (1Co 6:19-20) "Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's." Avoid tattoos, cuttings in the flesh, blood clots (the "jab") and the like. This is why God does not want His people to be getting these "vaccines." Additionally there are blood clots and heart issues with the "Covid Vaccine." |
Conclusion – We belong to God! |
---|
(1Co 3:16) "Do you not know that you are God's temple and that God's Spirit dwells in you?" (Eze 22:27) "Her princes (rulers) in her midst are like wolves tearing the prey, shedding blood, destroying lives to get dishonest gain." Evil government continues in today's satanic depraved era. (Eze 18:4) "Behold, all souls are Mine; the soul of the father as well as the soul of the son is Mine: the soul who sins shall die." We belong to God and there is a death penalty for breaking the Commandments of God! Read 1Jn 3:4. Through God’s ordained system of sacrifice in the Old Testament, the Lord laid the groundwork for a message that would not be fully grasped until later: "The old system under the law of Moses was only a shadow, a dim preview of the good things to come, not the good things themselves. The sacrifices under that system were repeated again and again, year after year, but they were never able to provide perfect cleansing for those who came to worship." (Heb 10:1, NLT). The full meaning of "the life is in the blood" would only be revealed in Jesus Christ: "That is why, when Christ came into the world, He said to God, 'You did not want animal sacrifices or sin offerings. But You have given Me a body to offer.' " (Heb 10:5, NLT). It has always been God’s will for humans to be made right with God "….By offering the sacrifice of the body of Jesus Christ, once for all time." (Heb 10:10). In the Old Testament, "...the priests offered animals’ blood over and over again, but this repeated shedding of blood never permanently removed the curse of sin." (Heb 10:11). The repeated ritual sacrifices were a shadow of Christ's complete and final sacrifice for all humanity; thus: "Then He said, 'Lo, I come to do Your will, O God.' He takes away the first covenant in order that He may establish the second covenant." (Heb 10:9). Thus we have the New Covenant based on grace and faith with works. Read 1Pe 1:2-5 and James 2:24 & 26. When Jesus came and offered up His life—pouring out His blood on the cross—the perfect sacrifice had finally been made: "Just think how much more the blood of Christ will purify our consciences from sinful deeds so that we can worship the living God. For by the power of the eternal Spirit, Christ offered Himself to God as a perfect sacrifice for our sins." (Heb 9:14, NLT). After examining that the life is in the blood; consider how powerful is the power in the blood of Christ to atone for our sins. "But God commended His love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, being now justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him. For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of His Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by His life. And not only so, but we also joy in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom we have now received the atonement." (Rom 5:8-11). There is Power in the Blood!
